Wow! What a three months it has been! I'm so excited to have made it through to this point. Life is so much calmer now. The girls are doing so well. They are eating every 4 hours and sleeping from 9pm to 4am. They eat quickly and then go back to sleep until 8am. It's a beautiful thing!
Here's the 3 month picture with the bear:
What wonderful girls we have!
Avery:
I call her my sweetheart. She is so calm, happy and easy going. If she starts to cry and no one tends to her right away, she just stops and waits. In the night, I can always appease her with a few swigs of milk and she'll wait for her sister to finish before she gets more. She's a great sleeper and will sack out anywhere. Her favorite place to sleep is in Grandma N's arms. She seems to know when Grandma is around and will cry out to be held. They can be caught snuggling together many times and I'm not sure who's happier!
Avery is the smiler of the two. She will smile at anyone and will also smile if no one is around. Many times I'll look over at her to check on her and she's just laying there smiling.
Avery loves to be in the action. When Del comes home from work she loves to "play" with him and Reid. She watches everything her brother does and wants to be in the middle of whatever he's doing.
You are such a delight, Avery-girl. We love you so much!
Morgan:
I call Morgan my funny-girl. She always makes people smile. She can put the funniest looks on her face and watches everyone with her big, blue eyes. She's my snoopy. She wants to know what's going on and always sleeps with one eye open during the day. She loves watching her big brother and always is attentive to where he is.
She has big smiles, but doesn't give them away as freely as her sister. She is also a very content, easy-going girl but isn't quite as patient. If she starts crying and isn't tended to right away, she just gets a little louder until you come and rescue her.
Morgan also loves to be held but prefers to be looking out as not to miss anything. She is such a strong little girl and we're sure she'll be moving earlier than her brother did. She's a talker and will coo and coo and tell you big stories. Both girls like to be right in the action and will cry out if left alone.
We love you, Morgy-moo! We expect we'll have many funny, joyful moments from you in the future.
